Ken Mills & Associates (KMA) has been in operation since 1974, providing public and in-house short course training workshops on Credit Control and Debtors Management. KMA is recognised as the premier training organisation in this field.

Training is conducted in all major business centres in South Africa as well as Swaziland, Lesotho, Botswana and Namibia. This gives us the unique ability to address large corporate in-house training needs and small business needs for all branches and offices of our clients throughout the region with customised or standard training courses.

Our focus as a training company addresses a core business need, namely that of training employees who are already in the work situation, but who need skills enhancement. These employees are vital to the ongoing functioning of the business and have to have their skills enhanced with minimal absence from the workplace. For this reason all our courses are designed around one and two day workshops. Delegates are trained in focused skill areas and returned to the workplace with higher levels of skill, better equipped, more productive and with minimal workplace disruption.

A cornerstone of our success is our policy of employing lecturers who are not only recognised as the leaders in their fields of expertise but who are also able to share their personal experience with the delegates on our workshops. Delegates and lecturers are able to exchange ideas and discuss practical scenarios that exist in the workplace. This practical, almost hands on approach is essential to our training mission and our success.

PUBLIC AND IN-HOUSE WORKSHOPS

KMA workshops are presented in two forms: Public courses are scheduled on a regular basis at training venues countrywide. These workshops are ideal for businesses that want to train only a few of their staff in the specialist areas.

The workshops can also be presented In-House. In-House workshops can be customised to suit larger groups from one company. For large in-house groups these courses are very cost effective and are tailor-made to suit the company's specific training requirements.
